About

My Treehouse

We're All About People

Founded in 2022 by Ivan Coffey, My TreeHouse emerged from a singular vision; to enhance support services for people with disabilities through a bottom-up instead of a top-down approach.

Ivan slowly formulated the MTH business model over a 9-year period. During which, he worked as a high intensity support worker, Local Area Coordinator (LAC) and NDIS Support Coordinator. His strategy is aimed to increase both Participant and staff satisfaction by offering more choice, control, and opportunities. This approach is structured to allow MTH to grow with the feedback that we receive from the unique and experienced perspectives from both staff and Participants.

Helping With The Big Things & The Small Things

As CEO of My TreeHouse, Ivan’s leadership style mixes big-picture vision with careful attention to the small steps needed for lasting growth and impact. He values the journey just as much as the destination, ensuring that every decision and action aligns with the organisation’s mission and values.

At My TreeHouse, we began our journey by providing in-home and community access supports. Over time, we expanded our services to assist NDIS participants explore and secure housing options. We own several houses and collaborate closely with leading real estate agents to ensure smooth transitions for our participants, whether to temporary or permanent homes.
